Lambda Xi Phi SL Sorority was founded on Friday, May 7, 2021 by Erika Vixen De'Vil out of respect, love, passion, protection, and healing for the views and values of sisterhood among the women of the virtual world. We rose with the intent of creating an unapologetic space for all women to be their authentic selves, and grow into a better being free of judgment and disappointment. We recognize the multitude of personalities and intersectionality that make us uniquely different, yet one in the same. ​Lambda Xi Phi SL Sorority’s legacy rests on the traditional foundations of Greek Life- scholarship, service, and sisterhood. With sisterhood in our forefront, Lambda Xi Phi Sorority will support, uplift, empower, and encourage all women unapologetically.

Thee Leading Ladies of Lambda Xi Phi are a group of women from diverse backgrounds working together to forge authentic and organic friendships through sisterly bond. We aim to empower, uplift, and encourage one another to be the best version of themselves, and do so with out fear of ridicule or failure.
