Q: I am apart of another virtual-based Greek organization. Can I still apply?

A: Lambda Xi Phi recognizes the growth in online-based organization in the VR world. Unfortunately, we do not accept applications from active members of other virtual Greek organizations, especially if you hold a leadership position (founder, co founder, president, vp, secretary, etc.).

Q: What kind of support does Leading Ladies offer its members?

A: Leading Ladies offers a range of resources and support to its members, including mentorship, leadership development, networking opportunities, and community service projects.

Q: What types of events does Lambda Xi Phi host?

A: Lambda Xi Phi hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including service projects, social events, and professional development workshops. Check our website or social media pages for upcoming events.

Q: Can I apply for LXP if I'm Under 21?

A: Yes, however acceptance is case by case. SecondLife/ LindenLabs Inc minimum age for residents to be permitted on Mature or Adult Content Land is 18. Lambda Xi Phi abides by this requirement, however, we prefer our members to be 21 or over (US legal drinking age) due to some of the content or our events and conversations.

Q: I want to become a Leading Lady, but I work and have a busy life outside of SecondLife. Should I apply?

A: That is up to you. Lambda Xi Phi provides equal opportunity for membership. There is a certain level of commitment and dedication required for the intake process and membership. We cannot tell you rather or not to apply because only you know what you can handle.

Q: What are the responsibilities of membership?

Q: What is the time committment for the pledge process?

A: Candidates must first complete an official application. Once the application is received, it is reviewed. If selected to mover forward, the candidate is contacted to set up a 30-minute panel interview and candidate selection. Pledging is a 3 to 5* week process consisting of an education portion, in-class assignments, group projects, and a final exam. A minimum of 2 hours a day, 5 days a week plus allotted time for task and project should be taking into consideration when applying.

A: Being a Leading Lady comes with a great deal of responsibility ranging consist and positive social media presence to being finically active. The detail membership is information reserved for official members.
